I registered on the website to get the screensaver, but it did not appear on my computer. What happened?
Becoming a member does not automatically install the screensaver on your computer. Once you login, you need to download the screensaver installer to your computer. After the file has downloaded completely to your computer you need to run the setup.exe file and follow the installer directions.
When I am trying to download your software I can see there is a link to download the setup.exe, but when I press that link the web browser thinks about it for a while, and then it states that the screen cannot be brought up. Refreshing does not work.
You may need to 'right-click' on the link and choose 'Save Target As' from the dropdown list. Then save the file to your desktop. After it has finished downloading, you can double click the setup.exe file to run the installer.
I installed the screensaver, but it is not appearing... I don't know if I installed it properly.
The first thing to do is open your Display Properties/Screensaver Tab. (To get to your display properties, right-click on a blank area on your Desktop. Choose 'Properties' from the dropdown. The Display Properties window should appear. Choose the 'Screensaver' Tab at the top.) You should make sure that the screensaver is set to ' 'Websaver' and then check the 'Wait' time. Press 'Apply' and then press the 'Preview' button. DO NOT MOVE THE MOUSE! Mouse movement quits the screensaver. Some mice are very, very sensitive to motion. A computer system sitting on a desk with lots of vibrations may never go into screensaver mode.
